A wonderful book by Jim Stovall. This is suppose to be a series on Historical fiction. It combines elements of an inspirational novel with a historical retrospective. This one is about a high school football coach who has a player with a terminal disease. The coach gets his inspiration from Harry S. Truman. Other books that hopefully will be in the series are:

This book, One Season of Hope, is full of Harry S. Truman's quotes. I very much enjoyed reading it. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys, football, inspiration, or history. I trust the following quotes will inspire you the way they inspired me.
