I love to read and watch Mike Huckabee.  This book is about losing weight. You may have heard lost a lot of weight when he was Governor of Arkansas. In this book Huckabee gives twelve stops to help you to lose weight. The STOPS are:

STOP Making Excuses
STOP Sitting on the Couch
STOP Ignoring Signals from Your Body
STOP Listening to Destructive Criticism
STOP Expecting Immediate Success
STOP Whining
STOP Making Exceptions
STOP Storing Provisions for Failure
STOP Fueling with Contaminated Food
STOP Allowing Food to Be a Reward
STOP Neglecting Your Spiritual Health

I enjoyed the book, but most of his writing was common sense. I guess it is always good to be reminded of these things! If you are trying to lose weight this would be a good motivating book!
